Hydroboration of 1-Decene, forming 1-Decanol:

Why do we see the formation of bubbles upon the addition of BH3 to 1-Decene? (H2 gas???)

No evaluation of H2 gas won't takes place because you are adding bh3 across double bond. Bubbles may be due to acidic nature of bh3 may attract some atmosphere oxygen towards it.
