let F is the tension in the strap.

angle made the strap with vertical = 75/2 = 37.5 N

so, Fnety = 2*F*cos(37.5)

F = Fnety/(2*cos(37.5))

= 4.60/(2*cos(37.5))

= 2.90 N (Answer)
