answer3.The pros of the alternative course of action are as follows-

1.the new network would be very helpful as information flow from one system to another will become very smooth and easy.

2.the MIS staff is able to see all the employees pc and email so it becomes easy for them to monitor how much work each employee is doing as well as check there accuracy.

THE CONS OF ALTERNATIVE COURSE OF ACTION ARE -

1. the employee's activity will no longer remain private by installing a new system as every time anyone is keeping an eye on their works which is not good.

2.the laptop which is given to the employee for use away from the office is also monitored which is not ethical at least some privacy must be given to employees.

3.MIS staff must not have the right to shadow pc of any employee at any time employees must be asked before shadowing their pc otherwise the whole staff would be upset.

anwer4.the new system must be installed but it should have some changes from the previously planned network system a new computerized system is very necessary as flower power inc is very fast-growing and it has 15000 employees so the computer-based system is very necessary to monitor and integrated work among the huge staff but must have the following specification which is as follows-

1. the employees pc must be connected to MIS staff but only at workspace and emails and browsing details of an employee must not be visible to anyone as an employee must be given space to work according to there comfort which will increase there efficiency but not under pressure always.

2. The employees' work report should be made available to MIS from time to time through mails but shadowing their pc is not good.

3. if employees are provided with work away pc they must be advised to do only work on it but monitoring their activity every time will make employees uncomfortable hence reducing trust.

4.the MIS staff must be able to reach employees through video calls or any other method so that they are able to know the latest work-related query.
