dsin\Theta=m\lambda, where m=0,1,2,3..........

for nth fringe the formula is

nth fringe=m\lambdaL/d

so for the third fringe

36*10-3m=3*700*10-9m*3/d

d=3*700*10-9m*3/36*10-3m=0.175mm

so the answer is 0.18 mm or 1.8*10-4m or 180\mum
