The answer will be 6 mile. Here client has to burn 1.5 lbs of fat which is equal to 5250 cal. The burning of fat depends on the weight of person and running speed. According running speed, body weight and fat burning chart, a person with 258 lbs will burn 218 calories approximately if he runs with a speed of 5 mph.

Thus, to burn 5250 cal, client will have to run 5250/ 218 = 24 mile in a week. Since client runs 4 times in a week thus, he will have to run 24/ 4 = 6 mile per day with 5 mph.
