Need recognition is my first stage of buying a Pizza at Fast food restaurant. In this step, i started to crave for eating pizza because i watched an ad over TV commercial so i started to crave for pizza eating.The hunger for Pizza needs to be satisfied. this stage is very important because if there is no need then there is not means for purchase.
Information search is the second stage which i went through. I started to search information online by finding the best nearby location for pizza parlous from my house. i also call my friends to recommend me the best fast food restaurant to get tasty Pizza under $10.
Evaluation of alternatives is the stage where i compare and evaluate the alternatives given by my friends and online search. i find that i can get best pizza from Pizza hut nearby my house or get pizza from Boston pizza far from house also pizza was over $10 in second store. Pizza at Pizza hut also running offers like free beverage with a pizza order on that day.
Purchase decision stage in which i decided to go to pizza hut and order pizza with free beverage. i order the pizza and it was very fast and satisfied my Hunger.
Post purchase decision in which i thought of results of my decision. i would say it was great as pizza was tasty, good pricing, fast customer service and near my location so my post purchase decision was more than expected.
