Dynakic stretching is for sports performance which improves flexibility, increases power output, performance neuromuscular activation which invooves momentum. End position is not held. It is best performed before workout. It involves controlled repetitive movements. Increases heart rate before workout and targets several muscle groups at once. Loosens muscles so that is done before workout.

Ecamples include alternative leg lunges, squats with a oblique twist, alternative leg kicks and burpees etc.
