Given that,

mean = \mu = 306

standard deviation = \sigma =43

Using standard normal table,

P(Z < z) = 67%

=(Z < z) = 0.67

= P(Z < 0.44 ) = 0.67

z = 0.44   

Using z-score formula  

x = z \sigma + \mu

x = 0.44 *43+306

x = 324.92
