Question 1:

Answer: Total quality management can be defined as the continuous process of detection, minimization as well as the removal of the errors in the process of manufacturing. Furthermore, total quality management also takes into account reducing resistance from supply chain management.

Question 2:

Answer: Instead of catching the errors in the prescription, it is always the best to avoid the creation of errors. If one is cautious before making an error, the chances of making more errors in the future can be reduced or minimized significantly. Therefore avoiding errors is what I will focus on.
