The ethics of any profession is self-inflicted and voluntarily accepted and not imposed by legislation. It is aimed at establishing and maintaining a honorable pattern of behaviour recognized by the members of community. general principle ethics play a prominent role in certain method of moral reasoning and ethical decision making in bioethics and public health.

FOUR PHILOSOPHICAL PRINCIPLES THAT CAN GUIDE ETHICAL POLICY MAKING

1. THE PRINCIPLE OF RESPECT OF AUTONOMY:  Autonomy is latin for "self rule" we have an obligation to respect the autonomy of other persons, which is to respect the decision made by others people concerning their own lives. this is also called the principle of human dignity. it gives as a negative duty not to interface with the decision of competent adults, and a positive duty to empower others for whom we are responsible.
2. THE PRINCIPLE OF BENEFICENCE: We have an obligation to bring about good all our actions. We must take positive step to prevent harm. However, adopting this corollary principle frequently place us in direct conflict with respecting the autonomy of other persons.
3. THE PRINCIPLE OF JUSTICE: We have an obligation to provide others with whatever they are owed or deserve. in public life, we have an obligation to treat all people equally, fairly and impartially. Impose no unfair burdens.
4. THE PRINCIPLE OF MALEFICENCE: We have an obligation not to harm others. "First, do no harm".Don't increase the risk of harm to others. It is wrong to waste resources that could be used for good. The principle of non maleficence relates to the first part of this means,'to do no harm.

Robbin hood was a Libertarian, Robbin hood didn't rob from the rich to give to the poor. He robbed from the government and gave back to the tax victims. Un surprisingly, in a property system like feudalism, the poor were the taxed and the rich were the government.

Egalitarian perspective: The political ideologies of socialism, marxism, communism and the modern democracy found in the united states all are based on the inherent equality of individuals and are therefore egalitarism to some degree. In practice however, much of the power and influence in societies still resides with an upper on rulling class, as opposed to the general public.
