They add nutrients to the soil and as soon as the organic fertilizer starts breaking down they improve the soil structure and soil's ability to hold water (H2O) and other nutrients increases. The microbes that support plant grows sometimes dies and can't synthesize chemical fertilizers but as organic fertilizer are easy for them fo synthesizes the useful microbes and nitrogen-fixing bacteria in soil thrive easily. Also, organic fertilizer does not runoff easily and harm other field or water resources .

organic fertilizer kills pests and increases Nitrogen phosphorus and potassium in the soil . soil ph is maintained and plant damage is minimized.

In future, soil sandiness will be lowered nutrient will be retained and water holding capacity of soil increases.
