This can be best termed as Long term planning for the company for its sustenance and growth. This can also be called long term strategic planning and strategic implementation objective which starts with drawing company’s vision/ mission statement and ends with successful implementation of all thought out plants at the ground level.

Such planning method must be followed by all organizations which want to survive and grow in the competing market and such methods should not be restricted to lean manufacturers only.
