At $\alpha$ =0.01, Critical Value for F at (n1=2,n2=12) degree of freedom is 6.927. Calculated Value of F-Statistic is 4.166. Here F-statistic value (Calculated) is less than Critical Value. Hence we can not reject the null hypothesis. Hence we can conclude that there is no significant difference in average score of the students from the three universities.
