According to the Pauli's exclusion principle, no two electrons in the same energy level can have the same quantum numbers. So, the two electrons in a box can't have the same spin (i.e., can't have two arrows in a box in the same direction).
But, in the 1st option and the 6th (last) option, there is a box where, there are two arrows directed in the same direction.
So, the 1st option and the 6th option violate Hund's rule.
