I am also believed that personal reading and training on new technology is important source of inspire people for changes. Moreover, development of new technology contributes to change in the life style of the people. In addition, training of new technology and reading about new technology helps the people to use the new technology and inspiring them to adopt the changes in the lives, due to the new technolog.

Reading about the new technology attracts the people to use the technology and utilize the benefits of new technology and improve its way of life. Moreover, training on new technology has not always inspired people for change because adoption of change or new thing depends on the people dimension, nature or thinking.
