Answer #1

To investigate whether eating chocolate relaxes people?

\Rightarrow Chocolate can be used, in appropriate quantities, as one tool for "stress reduction". Dark chocolate has been found to improve mood by increasing serotonin and endorphin levels in the brain. It has lower quantities of unhealthy ingredients, such as fat and sugar than milk chocolate.

The antioxidants in dark chocolate can also lower blood pressure, increase good cholesterol, decrease oxidation of bad cholesterol, which leads to plaque accumulation in the arteries, and promote blood sugar regulation.

Both milk and dark chocolate both contain cocoa, milk chocolate contains a much higher amount of dairy product and sugars. New evidence is in that eating dark chocolate every day can reduce stress.

Eating chocolate may have the following benefits :

  • preventing cognitive decline
  • reducing the risk of cardiovascular problems
  • lowering cholesterol levels

After the European discovery of the Americas, chocolate became very popular in the wider world and its demand exploded. Chocolate has since become a popular food product that millions enjoy every day, thanks to its unique, rich and sweet taste.
