Multiple questions posted , so answering only the first question:
a.For equlibrium, horizontal components of tension must cancel each other.
So, T1 cos 25 = T2 cos 36 => T1 = T2 cos 36/(cos 25).........equation 1.
Also, vertically, the tensions must balance the weight of the block.
Vertical component of tension = T1 sin 25+ T2 sin 36
Weight of block = mg, where m is mass and g is gravitational acceleration.
= 15*9.8 = 147 N
So, T1 sin 25+T2 sin36 = 147
=>[T2 cos 36/(cos 25)]*sin25 +T2 sin36 = 147 (using equation 1)
=>T2 (cos36*sin25/cos25 + sin36) = 147
=>T2 *0.965036 =147
=>T2=152.326 N.
So,T1= T2 cos 36/(cos 25) = 152.326 cos 36/(cos 25) = 135.974 N.
So,T1=135.974 N and T2 = 152.326 N.
