Vnet = k * 3.3 * 10-6 / r1 + k * -0.7 * 10-6 / r2

V net = k [ 3.3 * 10-6 / 0.35 - 0.7 * 10-6 / 0.65 ]

V net = [ 8.99 * 109 ] [ 3.3 * 10-6 / 0.35 - 0.7 * 10-6 / 0.65 ]

V = 7.52 * 104 V
