With alpha = 0.1 and forecast for October is 1.81. We can use the formula

Forecast for period t+1 = alpha*actual for period t + (1-alpha)*forecast for period t

Using this we have

Forecast for November = 0.1*1.57+0.9*1.81 = 1.786

Forecast for December = 0.1*1.62 + 0.9*1.786 = 1.769

Similarly if we take alpha = 0.3 and initial forecast for October to be 1.76 then we get

Forecast for November = 0.1*1.57+0.9*1.76 = 1.741

Forecast for December = 0.1*1.62 + 0.9*1.741 = 1.728
