Using Java, write a program that teachers can use to enter and calculate grades of  
individual students by utilizing an array, Scanner object, casting, and the   print method.

First, let the user choose the size for the integer array by using a  
Scanner object. The integer array will hold individual assignment grades of  
a fictional student.

Next, use a loop to populate the integer array with individual grades. Make  
sure each individual grade entered by the user fills just one index in the  
array. Also, make sure individual grade integers are between 0-10,  
inclusive (that means the grade can be 0, 10 or any whole number between them)!

After that, automatically calculate the student's average grade by passing   the integer array of grades to another method that sums the elements in the  
integer array and divides the sum by the total number of points possible, which is (size * 10) in this case. Make sure this  
method returns the overall grade as a percentage. This will be the  
student's overall grade, represented as a percentage. Make sure to use the  
appropriate variable type for representing a percentage.

Finally, print out two things: First, the student's overall grade as a  
letter grade using this legend:

A: 90-100

B: 80-89

C: 70-79

D: 60-69

F: 0-59

Second, print the grade array by passing the array into a separate method  
that prints the array to the screen and returns void.
