Answer #1

When a group is brought together, the presence of diversity brings about a sense of differences between them, making it so that they do not understand what the group is, what the members are supposed to do and how their dynamics should work. As leaders, it is our responsibility to take over this process, provide the right direction and motivation for them to come together. How this would happen is based on our understanding of human nature and functions and therefore, being able to provide an incentive such as a reward or even as small as recognizing the efforts an individual is trying to make can bring about a better understanding in the perspectives of the group. The best way to go about this is to give them a common goal, or metaphorically speaking “a common enemy for them to slay” making all that they do directly correlate to the position it would have concerning the goal.

Bringing a group close would mean the constant need for adjustment, chaining structure, functions, and values to make a better outlook for everybody to follow.
