The correct options for the above question is (e) a=109.5° b=118°

The reason for the above is that the geometry of the above molecule around the 1st carbon atom is tetrahedral and the geometry around the 2nd carbon is triangular planar.But due to the lone pairs on O atom,the geometry around O will be bent.Hence the angle a will become 109.5° and b will be 118°(since in trigonal planar geometry the angle is 120° but here due to lone pair on O it will bent slightly and angle will become 118°)
