The service offered is a daycare service. It is a service offered by expert people and the target market is working professionals where both the spouse are working and cannot take care of their babies during the work timings. The babies are being dropped by the parents at the day care center. Expert nannies are there to take care of the babies. The food being provided by the parents is being reheated and fed to the babies. The babies are allowed to play at the center and take short nap during the afternoon. The day care provides clean, hygienic and playful surrounding for the proper growth of the babies.
The service is in Growth stage. As the number of working couples is rising day by day in the market, so they look for options of day care service for their babies. The target market of influential parents look for clean, safe, hygienic and playful environment for their babies which would help in its proper growth and development. The nannies should be hygienic and intelligent enough to understand the babies needs and help in its development. They should play and teach good manners to the babies.
The level of quality and consistency is very important in case of day care services. Parents are much bothered about the quality it offers and the cleanliness, hygiene and the facilities offered by the professionals there.
