After that you will build a Descriptive process model for that organization’s software development processes. A comprehensive model including all the eight steps should be the outcome of the activity. Off course you will also specify the rationale for the development of Descriptive models. Since our emphasis throughout this course has been on process improvement; therefore, in the next step you will propose the improvements to the existing process and will also suggest a comprehensive prescriptive process approach (all steps need to be encompassed).
