Above is the infographic for an organization, where the company vision for sales has been displayed in a graphical representation.

MS Excel tool has been used for the creating this infographic.

Advantages:-

1. Complicated information can be represented in a simple way.

2. Easy to understand

3. With powerful images and colors, it can easily catch the readers attention.

4. It can be easily displayed.

Dis advantages:-

1. Could be costly.

2. Data coud be misinterpreted.

3. lot of time and cost involved in preperation.

4. Difficult to read online.

- For example- vision of the organization represented in sales figure above.

It helps all the people in the organization to align towards the vision of a organization and helps all people works towards the common goal of achiving the organization goal of 2025.

It can be displayed in the conference rooms, meetings rooms, and even desktop/Laptop backgrounds.
