Since the manager has decided on work specialization he has to berakdown the tasks into smaller fragments that indidvdual worker can complete. He will train the each employee for each specific task and specialise hin in that work. This refinement of task with specialized emplyee will lead to the higher productivity. Work can be completed within time and quality. When each of the employee will get the sepecific set of skill he/she will master it and the job which will be done will be of higher quality and will be completed in less time hence increasing the productivity.
