The difference in pressure of gas at A and B =

PA - PB = Density of the mercury * acceleration due to gravity * difference in height

Height difference is negative, since pressure at B is more than that at A

= 13.6 * 10^3 kg/m^3 * 9.8m/s^2 * (-0.1 m) = -13328 N/m^2
