In business their are multiple types of organisational structures which involves functional structure, product structure, customer based organizational structure, matrix structure etc.

Well designed organizational structures will produce efficient communication channels and encourage fast, clean decisions.Which helps to business organization can keep their operations running smoothly. For that purpose they decide their business goals and plans, keep their employees motivated, Plan according to business organization needs etc.

Company needs to have a smart team, then only they’ll be able to come up with the innovative ideas.They need to figure out which members should be involved in the brainstorming process based on the problem they are trying to solve. For good organisation of a company it should have all the good things which improves the growth of the company.

For setting up a new business, they need to pay careful attention to designing their company's organizational structure. This should be decided according to their company's size, industry and aims.
