We have , ppb = ( Mass of solute / mass of solution ) \times 10 9

We have , mass of Cl - = 1.3 \times 10 -7 g , Mass of solution = 1 kg = 1000 g

\therefore ppb = ( 1.3 \times 10 -7 g / 1000 g ) \times 10 9

\therefore Concentration of Cl - in ppb = 0.13

ANSWER : 0.13 ​​​​​​​
