Porter’s national diamond framework is an effective way in which national competitiveness can be analyzed and assessed. The characteristics and the working conditions in the home country make it possible to analyze the international success of the enterprise. On the other hand, the Uppsala model is one of the most dynamic theories. It shows the process of how the firms internationalize themselves and how the companies learn to expand themselves in the international market. The model provides four distinguished steps to have a good international position. The steps are: firstly, there must be no regular activities, the export should be done via a contractor and then the company must manufacture foreign demanded products. For instance, Amazon is a multinational corporation that successfully operates in many countries. Amazon is an American company but it has spread itself in many other countries also. The company manufactures products which are suitable for all cultures and can be used in all households all over the world. All the countries have different cultures and practices but the company has won all the hearts and also it supplies through its an independent channel.
