Do you think the problem of justice in “George Orwell, The Road to Wigan Pier”, is addressing concerns poverty only, or is it some consequence other consequence of the poverty in which these people find themselves living?

Famous author George Orwell's The Road to Wigan Pier created sensation when it was released in 1937 especially as it explored the living conditions of the working class and how only Socialism can help the people around Yorkshire and other parts of England to enjoy minimal facilities at least in the workplace.

There are 2 parts of the book spread across several chapter out of which 1part essentially deals with poverty. In the first chapter, he speaks of a slightly upper middle class lodge owner who's content with the lifestyle. . In the second chapter he covers the entire work style of mining workers and how they are deprived of basic amenities. 3rd chapter focuses on the economic conditions of mine workers. Another important chapter is 5th one where be focuses on the unemployment. In the 2nd part he trsses that many people in Engliand believe that socialism alone can solve the problems. This book became popular as it was written just before World War II.
