Solution-

Here the calcium chloride is highly soluble in water.

So it's Ksp is very high hence ionized almost completely.

We can see that one molecule of CaCl2 produces one Ca2+ ion and two Cl- ions.

Hence;
[Ca2+] = [CaCl2]

= 0.15 M

[Cl-] = [CaCl2] * 2

= 0.30 M
