1. Giving Credit and Reference: The first important issue arising in the organisation and also in the economy is how people use the work and innovative ideas of others without giving them the credit and reference they deserve. It is very important issue and needs to be addressed urgently. You have to give the right credit to the people for the work and the innovation they have used to create something new.
2. Communication about Patents and Copyrights: Another important issue is that people around are not aware about the importance or relevance of getting their work patened or copyrighted. A very important concern is to have the right knowledge about the various methods or securities you have to protect your innovation and the ideas, how to use the right method and to make the things secured where no one could take the advantage for your work and idea.
3. Communicate the ethics: Another important issue is the communication for the ethics. Everyone should be well aware about the fact that it is unethical to copy others work, products or ideas without given them the credit they deserve.
