Given,
Image is formed on a screen.
Therefore, Image is real and inverted.
So, the mirror used is concave mirror

Object distance, v = -5.4 m
Image height is times more than object height
Magnification, m = -v/u = -6
u = v/6
u = -0.9 m

Using mirror formula

\frac{1}{f} = \frac{1}{v} + \frac{1}{u}

(1/f) = (1/-5.4) + (1/-0.9)
(1/f) = -7/5.4
f = - 0.77 m

Answers:

(a) Converging mirror/ concave mirror
focal length, f = -0.77 m

(b) Mirror is 0.9 m right of the object
