(you may not get the pka value for this, but can find the kb value of hydrazine from literature which is H2NNH2, which when accepts one proton becomes acidic as H2NNH3+, which is exactly what we get from the given substance H2NNH3Br. So once you have got kb value, you can get pkb from formula pkb = - log(kb). And finally we know l,

pka + pkb = pkw = 14. So from here you can get pka.

Or directly from equation l, ka × kb = kw = 10-14
