You team is a diverse team and some of your team members are working from overseas. What are your challenges as a Project Manager? Discuss your solutions for each challenge.

As a project manager for the FutureTech robotics you would face the following challenges:

1. Dealing with a group that contains individuals from differing ethnic and cultural groups.
2. Some of the team members are working from abroad, thus interaction with them would be limited and strictly adhering the digital platform. So, personal face- to- face interaction with them is not possible.

So as to resolve the first issue, the project manager must utilize his/her interpersonal skills and communication skills to promote team culture. Give equivalent chances to all and allow employees to present their ideas and thoughts transparently. Further, give team building exercises and improve communication inside the group.

For resolving the second issue, the project manager must utilize technology wisely. Utilizing Zoom or Google meet for online gatherings is effective. Additionally, ensure there is free floelw of information inside the group, irrespective of location of employees.
