Self care aspect is one of key factors to keep the health care system uplifting,because if the health care people like doctors, nurses, or other staff members will take care of themselves and their health's, they will stay both mentally and physically fit, which will finally uplift the level of health care systems.
Self care is an aspect of taking care of one's own health and well-being. It is planned and maintained under self control only. The resultant of self care are tremendous because, people who have a routine of self care, are mentally very strong with physical fitness. This combination is very important, especially in the lives of health care people. If they are fit, they will treat the patient will full energy and fresh mind always. But if a person, who don't take care of himself, have health issues, can't be accepted by the system, because they don't have the energy and clear fresh mind to help others. They will we be having many limitations while working.
So, self care is an important step towards a healthy and long life. This care system involves many aspects like their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, personal, and professional wellbeing. The main points to be followed while considering self care are:-
. Do exercise daily. - having a daily walk in open with exercises and jogging will keep the mind fresh and active.
. Sleep rotuine- by making fixed routine for sleeping like fixing the time and hours of sleep will affect the brain's activity and will help in daily works.
. Healthy diets - as health care professionals, if their diet is healthy, that is, its comprising of all required nutrients and fibre, they will stay fit and energetic throughout their work routines,thereby increasing their efficiency.
. Lunch breaks- fixed time and proper meal at lunch is also important because every time the professionals are on their toes moving from one patient to another. There energy levels come down fast, so to keep everything at pace a fixed routine of mid meals or lunch is very important.
. Engage in hobbies - taking out time for your favourite works or plays help you stay happy and healthy. These extra things like, going for an art class, dance or singing class, are important to keep you routine works updated.
. Spiritual lessons - must engage in spiritual aspect also by going to religious temples or places regularly. This aspect helps in rejuvenating the inner self, helps in staying postivie always, and teaches to stay calm always.
. Relaxing time - must take a break after a long and heavy workload. A break time is must to let the body and brain relax and prepare for the next task. A day or two of break is must. Any yoga or relaxing class can also help.
. Regular monitoring - keep a fixed routine of monitoring your body, by going for checkups yourselves.
. Emotional bonds - having strong emotional bonds with families and friends will assist in keeping the mind control and body control.
