Conflict

You are on the board of a Community Health Group. The local Mental Health Centre has been generally supportive of your program providing a van for transportation and even a small grant to support your group.  However, you and your director noted that the Mental Health Centre tends to schedule social activities during the same time as your Community Health Group.  You rearranged your schedules around to avoid any conflict with them.  Recently they have been scheduling outings similar to the same activities to your group which were announced.  You discovered that persons were being pressured to attend the other groups activity instead of your activities planned; they were also offering free food and other services.  You don’t feel your group can compete with the Mental Health Centre for the same customers.
