COVID-19 pandemic situation result into decreasing airline transportation; pilots and other staff are losing their jobs because of drastic reduction in the demands of airlines. Being pilot is a difficult job, it requires lots of training and after this pandemic situation airline have to lay off the pilots instead of hiring more. This pandemic reduces the need of pilots and other airline staff.
When this pandemic ends it will be difficult for the pilots to be ready again to fly with large number of people on daily basis, because it increases the chances of getting infected by this virus. Pilots are losing their jobs in this pandemic situation and after this pandemic it will be difficult for remaining pilots to become ready to fly again and cope up effectively with the shortage of pilots.
Many pilots are still doing work in this pandemic situation as they help in reverse migration. People are going back to their home country. In worldwide lockdown most of the countries stop international and domestic flights to protect the spread of Corona Virus. It is also difficult for pilots to be ready to fly when everyone is at home and helping people to get back to their home countries or states or cities.
