In Pivot Charts we are provided with filters in the chart so that we can apply the required filter and change the chart accordingly.Note changing filter in pivot chart also changes pivot table accordingly.
In the Region PivotChart worksheet we want to see the data for all dates so we change the filter of the date in upper left corner of pivot chart.
Select the drop down in Date field of upper left corner and select all option there , then click ok.
Now after this operation you will be able to see all dates data and not just the data for the month of March.
Now if you want data for everything do the same operation of selecting all and clicking ok for region as well as product drop down provided
