We determine if a difference exist in amean sales amoung the tree compensation systems.

We are given the level of significance ( alpha) = 0.10

So here we need to use the one way ANOVA.

a )

Null hypotheis ( H0) : Mean for all three compensation system are same.

Alternative hypothesis ( H1) : At least one mean is different.

b)

We can construct one way ANOVA using formula or technology.
