C.Food co Grocery stores.

For retail outlets it would be better to use average inventory to calculate the inventory turnover ratio.

This is because they stock up inventories depending on the season, i.e during festive season they stock more inventory than other periods.

For other options such as surf shop. barber shop, gasoline distributors, the inventory levels would be more or less even through out the year.
