Company Analytical Tools are SWOT analysis, MOST analysis, PEST analysis, Heptalysis, Catwoe, De Bono's Six Thinking Hats, Five whys, SCRS analysis, Moscow, VPEC-T analysis.

Factors outside or firm are the features of the external environment. The firm has no control over how the external environment things will come up. The external environmental factors affecting the company are General Environment, Task / Industry Environment.

Porter's Five Forces is a business analysis model that assists in describing why many industries can sustain many stages of profitability. It affects the company in the following ways: Competition in the industry, Power of suppliers, Potential of new entrants into the industry, Power of customers, Risk of substitute products.

Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a general statement utilized to explain the consolidation of organizations or assets by different types of financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, tender offers, need of assets, and management acquisitions. The terms M&A also state to the desks at financial institutions that conduct in such activity.

Boston Consulting Group, the BCG matrix, is also stated as the Boston or development share matrix gives a strategy for analyzing commodities according to development and relative market share. It is utilized to help companies get insights into what commodity best helps them capitalize on market share development chances and give them a competitive benefit.
