At resonance inductive and capacitive effect cancels each other. So impedance is always equal to resistance at resonance.

Z= R =120 \Omega

Given that RMS voltage

V_{RMS} = 120 \ \ volt

Now RMS current is given as

I_{RMS} = \frac{V_{RMS}}{R}

I_{RMS} = \frac{120 \ \ volt}{120 \Omega}

I_{RMS} = 1 \ \ A.

Option A 1.00A is correct.
