Dutch auction is a option which has been adopted in accordance with the initial public offering in United states during which the shareholders who are offering the highest bidding price,are offered the shares in initial public offer first and the rates will be decided according to the last allotted rates and those rates will be applicable to the overall initial public offering.

Dutch auction will be helpful in order to finding out the sentiment of the investor in the market and it will be helpful in order to find the investors who are paying the highest money for the security so it will be alloting the securities to those investors who are trying to place a higher money for the shares of the company..
