A. Detailed report that describe the problem and discuss how systems dynamic modelling can be used to improve our understanding of the ways in which an organization's performance is related to its internal structure and operations policies, including those of customers, competitors, and suppliers and then to use that understanding to design high leverage policies for success. To do so, you should conceptualise your case by utilising the steps discussed in Chapter 5 of your book (1500 words, 50 marks).                                                                       

b. Draw the causal diagram for the above complexity and discuss the limitations of the causal diagram. Then explain who it might be used for policy analysis in your case. Support your answer with practical advices for the successful application (500 words, 20 marks).

The hierarchical model of the structures can be used to track the output of a specific interest organization. It is useful for the complex and therefore incredibly valuable understanding of success in the making of important decisions that affect the entire company. We thus can use dynamic modeling technology to allow us to gain insight into the performance of the company and its relationship to the internal structure and policies.

The dynamic modeling of systems helps to model the characteristics in accordance with all factors that can affect the characteristics. This is a method in which we know the impact on the performance of the company concerned from various characteristics, in this case the organization's efficiency. Therefore, we are able to use dynamic system analysis to understand the factors that influence the internal structure and organizational policies of the company. It helps to recognise factors that directly impact the organization's success and that can also be achieved so that it will not adversely influence the organisation's performance.

Such modeling findings can also enable us to discourage ties with other stakeholders. Customers, manufacturers, and others are other stakeholders. This is therefore a variety of critical information for an organization in which to recognize the different areas with the greatest effect on organizational efficiency, and so to ensure that organizational performance is maintained with the most effective policies that are built using knowledge obtained from complex modeling of processes.Therefore, this is a way of designing models of complex structures to understand how corporate success is influenced by the internal framework and organizational policy underlying them.
