5.1). If the battery and coil is moved to the right quickly, Flux linked with the coil and bulb changes which induces an emf with in the coil such that lamp gets on. But soon after the battery and coil comes to rest, flux linked with the coil remains same and doesn't change. Hence lamp will go off.
5.2) Bulb can be kept on forever by keeping the flux linked with the coil to change. This will induces an emf and makes the lamp on. This is possible by moving either of battery with coil or lamp with coil to have relative motion between them. Ie., Either battery can be moved towards or away from the coil or bulb with coil can be moved towards or away from the coil.
5.3) In case of an AC source, current changes frequently which makes the flux linked with the coil to change accordingly with the frequency of AC. This change in flux linked with the coil induces an emf with in it which makes the lamp to keep ON.
