1. These stereoisomers. for 1,3 substitution in cyclohexane, (e,e) is cis (right side structure) and (a,e) is trans (left structure)

2. Both are 1,3 (e,e) dimethyl substituents of cyclohexane. Thus they are same

3. Conformational isomers. The right side structure can be obtained by the 120-degree rotation of C-C single bond, connecting between front sided and backsided Carbons.

4. Same structure. Both are trans trans isomers
