Probability that the worker meets the quota =

= Probability of attending the training and meets the quota + Probability that the worker does not attend the training and meets the quota

= 0.80 * 0.83 + 0.20 * 0.35

= 0.664 + 0.07

= 0.734

Probability that a new worker meet the production quota has attended the training program =

= Probability that the worker has attended the training and the worker meets the production quota / Total probability that the worker meets the quota

= 0.664 / 0.734

= 0.9046
