1. While restraining a patient the health worker should be in a seating position so that it avoids bending and can prevent back ache for the health care worker and the patient should be in supine possition

2.While transferring a person from chair to wheelchair, the health worker should stand side to the patient and should slightly bend his knees and hold the shoulders of the patient and slightly stand straight and then make the person to sit on the wheelchair.

3.while carrying a tray of food, the person should stand straight so that he can hold the tray in a balanced manner.

4. If the person is unable to support his full body, then the whole weight of the patient would be on the health worker. so, while shifting, the health care worker should first make the patient to be near to the stretcher and then just bend the knees and then support the whole body of the patient. Otherwise, it cause back pain to the patient,muscle strain and sometimes it would be unable for the person to come out form the severity of the back pain.
